Insights

We publish what we know.
Including the awkward parts.

No gated PDFs, no seven-part email course. The films below are the same explanations we give on a first call, and the positions under them are the ones we hold even when they lose us work.

The films

Explanations, not highlight reels.

  • Does Google Score Based On Domain Authority? The Result May Shock You.

Domain Authority is a third-party metric, not a Google ranking factor. What actually moves position, and what only moves a vendor's dashboard.

  • I Am Frustrated With SEO! UGH!

Why SEO feels like it is not working, and how to tell the difference between a slow campaign and a bad one.

  • How To Get On Page One With Google | Plumbing, Heating and &, Electrician Marketing Tips | SEO

What page-one actually takes for a plumbing, HVAC or electrical business — in the order the work should be done.

  • YouTube is no longer optional for SEO in the age of AI Overviews | Search Engine Land - My Thoughts

AI Overviews changed which surfaces get cited. Why video is now part of a search strategy rather than an extra.

Where we stand

Four things we say that cost us money.

Every one of these removes a service we could otherwise sell you. That is the point — an opinion that costs the person holding it nothing is just an advert with a different layout.

  1. 01

Domain Authority is not a ranking factor

It is a third-party prediction score invented by an SEO tools company. Google has never used it. Selling link packages against it is one of the easiest upsells in this industry, and we do not take it.

    Costs us: the link-building retainer

  2. 02

Most sites are invisible to AI assistants

Not because of the writing, but because the robots.txt blocks the crawlers, the markup describes nothing, and the answers are buried in prose no model can lift. It is usually a morning's work, not a new website.

Costs us: the rebuild we could have sold instead

  3. 03

A cheap lead that never books is worth nothing

Cost per lead is the number agencies report because it is the one they can always make look good. Cost per booked job is the one that decides whether the month worked.

    Costs us: the flattering slide

  4. 04

Speed is a conversion problem before it is an SEO problem

The ranking effect of Core Web Vitals is real and small. The effect of a four-second load on somebody standing in a driveway with no hot water is neither.

Costs us: the SEO framing everyone else uses

What we run

Get found everywhere your customer looks. Then booked.

Bought separately they underperform. Run together, each one makes the next cheaper.

A Google search for electrician in Myrtle Beach: a client sits first in the business results with 4.9 stars from 4,100 reviews, open 24 hours, pinned on the map beside it.

One customer, six surfaces

They rarely arrive from one place. Each of these is a chance to be the name they remember — or the one they never saw.

AI doesn't recommend businesses because they use the right keywords. It recommends businesses it understands. We structure your website with connected topics, schema, FAQs, entity relationships, and machine-readable content so Google AI, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and future AI platforms can confidently understand — and recommend — your business.

Check out our AI CSR

It never misses a call. That's money back on your table.

The calls that come in after hours mostly go to voicemail — where they quietly die. Our AI CSR picks up on the first ring, every single time, qualifies the job and books it. Every call it catches is revenue that would otherwise have gone to whoever answered first.

Every call is transcribed, scored and attributed, so you can see which campaigns produce booked jobs rather than just ringing phones.

    Reporting & ROI

You'll always know what a customer costs — and what they're worth.

No vanity metrics. No “impressions are up.” Every month you see the money: what you spent, what came back, and what each booked job cost to win.

Every campaign is traced from the click or the call all the way to the booked job and the revenue it produced. You see which campaigns make money and which ones we’re about to kill — before you have to ask. Once a month we sit down, walk the numbers, and decide what to spend more on and what to cut.

Put a dollar in, know exactly what comes back out.

A few questions, then a real answer from a person — and a 90-day teardown of what we’d change, whether or not you hire us.

    Check your own site

How does your site actually hold up?

One address, one test. Google loads your site on a throttled mid-range phone and reports what a real visitor gets, and at the same time we check whether AI agents are even allowed to read you. Takes about thirty seconds, and we don't keep the result.

A finished site check on screen: an overall score of 78 percent, with performance, SEO, mobile, security and conversion each scored out of 100.

Measured by Google PageSpeed Insights on a simulated mid-range phone. Where your site has enough traffic, the numbers are what real visitors actually experienced over the last 28 days; where it does not, they come from this single test run and are labelled as such. Thresholds are Google’s published Core Web Vitals bands.

    How it works

    Research. Build. Grow. Repeat.

Every campaign follows the same proven process — designed to produce measurable, long-term growth.

    1. Step 1

      Research

We uncover search demand, competitor gaps, customer questions, and AI opportunities before a single recommendation is made.

    2. Step 2

      Build

We create one connected marketing system where SEO, AI Visibility, paid media, websites, content, and video all work together.

    3. Step 3

      Launch

Every campaign is deployed with performance, visibility, and conversion in mind — across Google, AI, YouTube, and paid channels.

    4. Step 4

      Improve

We measure everything, refine continuously, and help your business grow month after month through data-driven optimization.
