About Red Palm

A marketing team that counts
booked jobs.

Red Palm Studios is a small, senior team in Dallas. We run the search, the ads, the maps listing, the site and the phone as one system, and we report on it in the only unit that pays anybody's wages.

Why we exist

Most marketing reporting is built to be admired, not audited.

A business owner asks a simple question — what did I get for that money — and gets back a deck of impressions, reach, engagement and screenshots from software they do not use. Every number in it is real. None of them answers the question.

That gap is the whole reason this company exists. Not because the channels are complicated, but because almost nobody connects the click to the call, the call to the job on the schedule, and the job to the money in the account. It is harder to do and much harder to hide behind, which is why so few agencies bother.

So we work backwards from the booked job. Every channel we run has to justify itself against that number, and the ones that cannot get cut — including ours, if it comes to that. It makes for shorter meetings and better arguments.

How we work

Three things we will not do.

Stated as refusals rather than promises, because a refusal is something you can hold us to on the day it matters.

  1. 01

    The accounts are yours

Ad accounts, analytics, the Business Profile, the domain — all in your name, all yours to take. We do not build a business on being difficult to leave.

  2. 02

    We report the money

Spend, leads, booked jobs, cost per booked job, revenue. If a campaign is losing we say so in the meeting rather than burying it under an impressions chart.

  3. 03

You talk to the people doing the work

No account manager relaying your question to someone you have never met, and no ticket queue between a problem and the person who can fix it.

Who does the work

No account layer between you and the people doing the work.

A few of the people you'll actually be dealing with — not a switchboard, not an account manager relaying messages to someone you never meet.

There are decades of experience between us, and almost every key player has been with Red Palm for years. No egos, no drama, no horrible bosses — we work well together because we genuinely respect each other, and that is the same reason clients stay.

Where we are

Dallas, Texas — and wherever your customers are searching.

We are based in Dallas and a good deal of our work is in Texas, which is how a team this size ends up knowing what a shoulder season does to an HVAC schedule or what a storm week does to a roofer’s phone. None of that is a geographic limit — the channels are the same in any market, and so is the reporting.

What we will say plainly: we take on a limited number of clients, and we will not run competing businesses in the same market and the same category. If your competitor got here first, we will tell you that on the first call rather than halfway through an onboarding.

What we can point at

  • $330 → $51

cost per PPC lead, one client

  • 3 → 9

trucks on the road in year one

  • 6 years

    of consecutive doubling

Three published client results. They are what we have permission to show, and they are all from home-service trades — so read them as evidence the approach works, not as a forecast for your category.

What we run

Get found everywhere your customer looks. Then booked.

Bought separately they underperform. Run together, each one makes the next cheaper.

One customer, six surfaces

They rarely arrive from one place. Each of these is a chance to be the name they remember — or the one they never saw.

Check out our AI CSR

It never misses a call. That's money back on your table.

The calls that come in after hours mostly go to voicemail — where they quietly die. Our AI CSR picks up on the first ring, every single time, qualifies the job and books it. Every call it catches is revenue that would otherwise have gone to whoever answered first.

Every call is transcribed, scored and attributed, so you can see which campaigns produce booked jobs rather than just ringing phones.

    Reporting & ROI

You'll always know what a customer costs — and what they're worth.

No vanity metrics. No “impressions are up.” Every month you see the money: what you spent, what came back, and what each booked job cost to win.

Every campaign is traced from the click or the call all the way to the booked job and the revenue it produced. You see which campaigns make money and which ones we’re about to kill — before you have to ask. Once a month we sit down, walk the numbers, and decide what to spend more on and what to cut.

Put a dollar in, know exactly what comes back out.

A few questions, then a real answer from a person — and a 90-day teardown of what we’d change, whether or not you hire us.

    Check your own site

How does your site actually hold up?

One address, one test. Google loads your site on a throttled mid-range phone and reports what a real visitor gets, and at the same time we check whether AI agents are even allowed to read you. Takes about thirty seconds, and we don't keep the result.

A finished site check on screen: an overall score of 78 percent, with performance, SEO, mobile, security and conversion each scored out of 100.

Measured by Google PageSpeed Insights on a simulated mid-range phone. Where your site has enough traffic, the numbers are what real visitors actually experienced over the last 28 days; where it does not, they come from this single test run and are labelled as such. Thresholds are Google’s published Core Web Vitals bands.

    How it works

    Research. Build. Grow. Repeat.

Every campaign follows the same proven process — designed to produce measurable, long-term growth.

    1. Step 1

      Research

We uncover search demand, competitor gaps, customer questions, and AI opportunities before a single recommendation is made.

    2. Step 2

      Build

We create one connected marketing system where SEO, AI Visibility, paid media, websites, content, and video all work together.

    3. Step 3

      Launch

Every campaign is deployed with performance, visibility, and conversion in mind — across Google, AI, YouTube, and paid channels.

    4. Step 4

      Improve

We measure everything, refine continuously, and help your business grow month after month through data-driven optimization.
