For veterinary practices
Be the practice
they drive past two others to reach.
Pet owners choose a vet once and stay for a decade. We build the local visibility and the reputation that win that decision — and we report new clients, not website sessions.

The problem
You are not competing on price. You are competing on trust and proximity.
Veterinary is a long-relationship business won at a single moment: a new pet, a move, or an emergency that made someone reconsider their current practice. Once chosen, a client stays for years — which makes the acquisition worth far more than a first-visit invoice suggests, and makes being invisible at that moment far more expensive.
Most practices are visible for their own name and nothing else. The searches that actually move new clients are “vet near me”, “emergency vet” and the specific services people worry about, in the few postcodes people will realistically drive from. That is a narrow, winnable target, and reviews carry unusual weight — nobody hands their animal to a practice with three reviews and a two-star average.
What we report instead
Cost per new client
Traced to a registered client with an attended appointment, not to a form submission.
New clients registered
Counted from your practice management system, so the number matches reality.
Reputation velocity
Review volume, recency and rating — the trust signal that decides this category.
What we run for Veterinary
The whole stack, tuned for a practice.
Bought separately these underperform. Run together, each one makes the next cheaper.
01
Local Search & Map Pack
Rank for “vet near me”, “emergency vet” and the services people search by name, in the postcodes clients will actually travel from. Google Business Profile built and managed, citations, and systematic review generation.
02
Google Ads
Campaigns split between routine new-client search and genuine emergency intent, which behave nothing alike and should never share a budget. Landing pages that answer the question asked rather than a general homepage.
03
AI Visibility (GEO / AEO)
“Is there an emergency vet open now near me?” is exactly the question AI agents are being asked, and it is answered from structured data — services, hours, out-of-hours arrangements, location. Get that wrong and you are absent at the highest-intent moment there is.
04
Website & Brand
A fast site with the team visible, out-of-hours arrangements unmistakable, pricing addressed honestly, and booking that works one-handed on a phone. Someone with a sick animal is not in a mood to navigate.
05
Capture & Convert
An anxious owner who reaches a voicemail calls the next practice on the list. AI answering and trained CSRs pick up on the first ring, triage urgency and book — every call transcribed and scored so you can hear where clients are being lost.
06
Measurement & Growth
Spend, leads, cost per lead, cost per acquisition, revenue and return on spend — one clean scorecard every month, plus a strategy call to decide what to scale and what to cut. You always know what a customer costs and what they're worth.
Proof, not adjectives
Where our numbers come from.
Straight answer: every client figure Red Palm publishes today comes from home-service and trades businesses, and so does every testimonial film. We are not going to present one as a veterinary case study. The mechanics transfer — local search, reviews, call handling and attribution to a registered client work the same way — but until a veterinary client agrees to publish their numbers, this page is an argument rather than a result. Ask on the call and we will walk you through the real accounts.
Straight answers
The questions a practice owner actually asks.
Before you hire any marketing agency, make sure you know these answers.
We're already full. Why market?
- Two reasons, and neither is volume. Full practices still lose clients to moves, bereavement and attrition, and replacing them from a standing start is far more expensive than maintaining visibility. And being full is a good moment to change the mix — marketing can be aimed at the work you want more of rather than at whatever walks in.
Do reviews matter for a vet?
- More than in most categories. People are choosing who to trust with an animal they are attached to, so review volume, recency and rating affect both whether you are found and whether you are chosen. A systematic way of asking is part of the work rather than something left to chance.
Should we advertise emergency services?
- If you genuinely provide them, yes, and as its own campaign. Emergency intent converts immediately and behaves nothing like routine new-client search, so sharing a budget means the cheaper routine conversion quietly takes it. If you do not provide out-of-hours care, say so clearly — being found and then turning someone away costs more goodwill than not being found.
Why aren't AI agents recommending my business?
- Usually one of two things. Your robots.txt is quietly blocking the AI crawlers — GPTBot, ClaudeBot and Google-Extended are blocked by default on a surprising number of sites — or your pages carry no structured data telling the model what you do, where you work and when you're open. Both are fixable, and most of your competitors haven't done it yet.
Do I own my accounts and website?
- Yes. The site, the domain, the ad accounts, the Google Business Profile, the analytics — all in your name. You keep everything if you ever leave. Marketing built on a vendor's rented accounts is a hostage situation, and cleaning that up is half of what we get called in to do.
How fast will I see results?
- Paid search can produce booked appointments in the first week or two. Local search moves in weeks for profile and review work, months for content and links. Anyone promising page one in thirty days is selling something. We report registered new clients and cost per new client from month one.

AI doesn't recommend businesses because they use the right keywords. It recommends businesses it understands. We structure your website with connected topics, schema, FAQs, entity relationships, and machine-readable content so Google AI, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and future AI platforms can confidently understand — and recommend — your business.

It never misses a call. That's money back on your table.
The calls that come in after hours mostly go to voicemail — where they quietly die. Our AI CSR picks up on the first ring, every single time, qualifies the job and books it. Every call it catches is revenue that would otherwise have gone to whoever answered first.

Reporting & ROI
Every month, the money.
Not a dashboard you never log into. Spend, enquiries, registered new clients and cost per new client, traced to the campaign behind each one.
Every campaign is traced from the click or the call all the way to the booked job and the revenue it produced. You see which campaigns make money and which ones we’re about to kill — before you have to ask. Once a month we sit down, walk the numbers, and decide what to spend more on and what to cut.
Put a dollar in, know exactly what comes back out.

Check your own site
How does your site actually hold up?
One address, one test. Google loads your site on a throttled mid-range phone and reports what a real visitor gets, and at the same time we check whether AI agents are even allowed to read you. Takes about thirty seconds, and we don't keep the result.

Measured by Google PageSpeed Insights on a simulated mid-range phone. Where your site has enough traffic, the numbers are what real visitors actually experienced over the last 28 days; where it does not, they come from this single test run and are labelled as such. Thresholds are Google’s published Core Web Vitals bands.
