For roofing contractors
Still standing
after the storm chasers leave.
Every hailstorm brings out-of-state crews with a bigger ad budget than yours and no reason to still be here next year. We build the local authority that outlasts them — and we measure it in signed contracts, not door knocks.

The problem
Your busiest month is also your most expensive one.
Roofing demand arrives in spikes, and so does the competition. A storm rolls through and suddenly the auction is full of bidders who flew in, will bid anything for a week, and will be gone before any warranty is tested. Your cost per lead triples in exactly the window you needed it lowest.
You cannot outbid a company with no local overhead and no intention of staying. You can be the one that already ranks, already has the reviews, and already appears in the map pack before the storm — so a homeowner comparing three quotes finds one company that is visibly still going to exist in five years. That position is built in the quiet months.

What we run for Roofing
The whole stack, tuned for roofing.
Bought separately these underperform. Run together, each one makes the next cheaper.
01
Local Search & Map Pack
Rank for “roof replacement”, “roof repair near me” and storm-damage terms in the postcodes you actually want to work. Google Business Profile, citations, sustained review generation — the asset a storm chaser cannot build in a fortnight.
02
Google Ads & Local Services Ads
Budget managed against the weather rather than a flat monthly figure, so you are not bidding against transient crews at their ceiling. Plus Local Services Ads, priced per lead, with the Google Guaranteed badge above the map.
03
AI Visibility (GEO / AEO)
“Who should I get to replace my roof?” is increasingly asked of an AI agent, and the answer favours businesses with structured data, real reviews and a documented service area. Established local companies win this surface — if their site lets them.
04
Website & Video
A fast site that answers the insurance question directly, shows real completed roofs rather than stock, and carries financing where the ticket demands it. Video does unusual work here: a homeowner choosing between three quotes is choosing who to trust on their roof.
05
Capture & Convert
Post-storm call volume arrives all at once and most of it goes unanswered. AI answering and trained CSRs pick up on the first ring, qualify the damage, and book the inspection — every call transcribed, scored and attributed.
06
Measurement & Growth
Spend, leads, cost per lead, cost per acquisition, revenue and return on spend — one clean scorecard every month, plus a strategy call to decide what to scale and what to cut. You always know what a customer costs and what they're worth.
Proof, not adjectives
Contractors, in their own words.
3 → 9 trucks in year one
The figure is published: one client went from three trucks to nine inside the first year. The film beside it is a home-service contractor talking at length about their own business — a separate client, not the one behind that number.
Straight answers
The questions a roofing owner actually asks.
Before you hire any marketing agency, make sure you know these answers.
How do I compete with storm chasers on ad spend?
- You don't, and you shouldn't try. They will outbid you for the fortnight they are in town because they have no local overhead and no warranty exposure. What they cannot do is arrive with three years of reviews, an established map-pack position and a site that already ranks for your city. Build that in the quiet months and the storm becomes your best month rather than your most expensive one.
When should I start if my season is spring?
- Autumn or winter. Rankings and reviews compound over months, so the position you want during the season is bought in the off-season. Starting the week demand spikes means paying peak prices for the only channel that works instantly.
Should I run ads or do SEO?
- Both, in that order of urgency. Ads and Local Services Ads produce inspections now. Local search takes months but lowers your cost per lead permanently, which matters most in the weeks when everyone else's has tripled.
Why aren't AI agents recommending my business?
- Usually one of two things. Your robots.txt is quietly blocking the AI crawlers — GPTBot, ClaudeBot and Google-Extended are blocked by default on a surprising number of sites — or your pages carry no structured data telling the model what you do, where you work and when you're open. Both are fixable, and most of your competitors haven't done it yet.
Do I own my accounts and website?
- Yes. The site, the domain, the ad accounts, the Google Business Profile, the analytics — all in your name. You keep everything if you ever leave. Marketing built on a vendor's rented accounts is a hostage situation, and cleaning that up is half of what we get called in to do.
How fast will I see results?
- Paid can produce booked inspections the first week. Local search moves in weeks for profile and citation work, months for content and links. We track signed contracts and cost per job from month one so you see the curve instead of taking it on faith.

AI doesn't recommend businesses because they use the right keywords. It recommends businesses it understands. We structure your website with connected topics, schema, FAQs, entity relationships, and machine-readable content so Google AI, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and future AI platforms can confidently understand — and recommend — your business.

It never misses a call. That's money back on your table.
The calls that come in after hours mostly go to voicemail — where they quietly die. Our AI CSR picks up on the first ring, every single time, qualifies the job and books it. Every call it catches is revenue that would otherwise have gone to whoever answered first.

Reporting & ROI
Every month, the money.
Not a dashboard you never log into. Inspections, signed contracts and the revenue behind them, traced to the campaign that produced each one.
Every campaign is traced from the click or the call all the way to the booked job and the revenue it produced. You see which campaigns make money and which ones we’re about to kill — before you have to ask. Once a month we sit down, walk the numbers, and decide what to spend more on and what to cut.
Put a dollar in, know exactly what comes back out.

How does your site actually hold up?
One address, one test. Google loads your site on a throttled mid-range phone and reports what a real visitor gets, and at the same time we check whether AI agents are even allowed to read you. Takes about thirty seconds, and we don't keep the result.

Measured by Google PageSpeed Insights on a simulated mid-range phone. Where your site has enough traffic, the numbers are what real visitors actually experienced over the last 28 days; where it does not, they come from this single test run and are labelled as such. Thresholds are Google’s published Core Web Vitals bands.
