For med spas and aesthetics clinics

Fill the calendar
with clients who come back.

One-off bookings from a discount campaign do not build a clinic. We build the search, the social and the reputation that bring clients who return for the next treatment — and we report on the ones who do.

The problem

Discounting fills the calendar and empties the business.

Aesthetics is the one local category where a discount campaign genuinely works — right up until it is the only thing that works. Introductory offers bring in people shopping for the offer, and the repeat rate on that cohort is poor. The calendar looks healthy and the revenue per client keeps falling.

The alternative is slower and holds: rank for the treatments you actually want to be known for, build a reputation that removes the risk from a first visit, and then measure clients rather than bookings — so a campaign that brings ten people who return once is not confused with one that brought twenty who never came back.

What we report instead

  • Cost per new client

Traced to an attended first treatment, not a form fill or a voucher download.

  • Repeat rate by source

Which channels bring clients who book again — the number discount campaigns tend to fail.

  • Revenue per client

So a full calendar of introductory offers cannot be mistaken for a healthy month.

What we run for Med Spas

The whole stack, tuned for aesthetics.

Bought separately these underperform. Run together, each one makes the next cheaper.

  1. 01

    Local Search & Map Pack

Rank for the treatments by name — injectables, laser, body contouring — in the postcodes your clients travel from, rather than for “med spa near me” alone. Google Business Profile, citations, and systematic review generation.

  2. 02

    Paid Search & Social

Search captures the client who already decided; social creates the one who had not. Both run, budgeted separately, because they do different jobs and a blended report hides which of them is actually working.

  3. 03

    AI Visibility (GEO / AEO)

Prospective clients now ask AI agents what a treatment involves, what it costs and who provides it locally. Structured data for treatments, practitioners and location, plus the genuinely informative content those answers are built from.

  4. 04

    Website & Brand

A fast site with real before-and-afters, honest pricing ranges, practitioner credentials visible, and booking that works on a phone. Aesthetics is a trust and taste purchase at once — the site has to carry both.

  5. 05

    Capture & Convert

Aesthetics enquiries arrive in the evening and expect an answer. AI answering and trained CSRs pick up on the first ring, handle the price question without discounting reflexively, and book the consultation — every call transcribed and scored.

  6. 06

    Measurement & Growth

Spend, leads, cost per lead, cost per acquisition, revenue and return on spend — one clean scorecard every month, plus a strategy call to decide what to scale and what to cut. You always know what a customer costs and what they're worth.

Proof, not adjectives

Where our numbers come from.

Straight answer: every client figure Red Palm publishes today comes from home-service and trades businesses, and so does every testimonial film. We are not going to relabel one as an aesthetics case study. The mechanics transfer — local search, reputation, call handling and attribution to an attended appointment work the same way — but until an aesthetics client agrees to publish their numbers, this page is an argument rather than a result. Ask on the call and we will walk you through the real accounts.

Straight answers

The questions a clinic owner actually asks.

Before you hire any marketing agency, make sure you know these answers.

Should I run introductory offers?

Sparingly, and never as the whole strategy. They work — that is the trap. The cohort they bring has a materially worse repeat rate, so a calendar full of first-time discounts can sit alongside falling revenue per client. Run them as one line in a mix, and insist on repeat rate by source in the reporting so you can see what each channel is actually building.

Search or social for aesthetics?

Both, and not from one budget. Search captures demand that already exists — someone has decided they want the treatment and is choosing a provider. Social creates demand that did not exist that morning. They convert at different rates over different timeframes, and blending them into a single cost-per-lead figure tells you nothing useful about either.

Do I need to publish prices?

Ranges, yes. The price question is the single most common reason an aesthetics enquiry never becomes a booking, and refusing to address it until the phone call does not remove the objection — it just moves it to a competitor's site. A range plus what drives it converts better than silence in almost every case we have measured.

Why aren't AI agents recommending my business?

Usually one of two things. Your robots.txt is quietly blocking the AI crawlers — GPTBot, ClaudeBot and Google-Extended are blocked by default on a surprising number of sites — or your pages carry no structured data telling the model what you do, where you work and when you're open. Both are fixable, and most of your competitors haven't done it yet.

Do I own my accounts and website?

Yes. The site, the domain, the ad accounts, the Google Business Profile, the analytics — all in your name. You keep everything if you ever leave. Marketing built on a vendor's rented accounts is a hostage situation, and cleaning that up is half of what we get called in to do.

How fast will I see results?

Paid can produce booked consultations in the first week or two. Local search and reputation move over months. Anyone promising page one in thirty days is selling something. We report booked treatments and cost per client from month one, with repeat rate as it accumulates.

AI doesn't recommend businesses because they use the right keywords. It recommends businesses it understands. Check out our AI CSR

It never misses a call. That's money back on your table.

The calls that come in after hours mostly go to voicemail — where they quietly die. Our AI CSR picks up on the first ring, every single time, qualifies the job and books it. Every call it catches is revenue that would otherwise have gone to whoever answered first.

    Reporting & ROI

    Every month, the money.

Not a dashboard you never log into. Spend, enquiries, booked treatments, cost per client and repeat rate by source.

Every campaign is traced from the click or the call all the way to the booked job and the revenue it produced. You see which campaigns make money and which ones we’re about to kill — before you have to ask. Once a month we sit down, walk the numbers, and decide what to spend more on and what to cut.

Put a dollar in, know exactly what comes back out.

    Check your own site

How does your site actually hold up?

One address, one test. Google loads your site on a throttled mid-range phone and reports what a real visitor gets, and at the same time we check whether AI agents are even allowed to read you. Takes about thirty seconds, and we don't keep the result.

A finished site check on screen: an overall score of 78 percent, with performance, SEO, mobile, security and conversion each scored out of 100.

Measured by Google PageSpeed Insights on a simulated mid-range phone. Where your site has enough traffic, the numbers are what real visitors actually experienced over the last 28 days; where it does not, they come from this single test run and are labelled as such. Thresholds are Google’s published Core Web Vitals bands.

    How it works

    Research. Build. Grow. Repeat.

Every campaign follows the same proven process — designed to produce measurable, long-term growth.

    1. Step 1

      Research

We uncover search demand, competitor gaps, customer questions, and AI opportunities before a single recommendation is made.

    2. Step 2

      Build

We create one connected marketing system where SEO, AI Visibility, paid media, websites, content, and video all work together.

    3. Step 3

      Launch

Every campaign is deployed with performance, visibility, and conversion in mind — across Google, AI, YouTube, and paid channels.

    4. Step 4

      Improve

We measure everything, refine continuously, and help your business grow month after month through data-driven optimization.
