For dental practices

Book new-patient chairs,
not just clicks.

A practice does not have a traffic problem. It has a schedule with gaps in it. We build the search presence, the reputation and the call handling that fill those gaps — and we report cost per new patient, not impressions.

The problem

A new patient is worth years. Most practices market like it's one visit.

The economics of a dental practice are unusual: a new patient is not a transaction, it is a relationship with a lifetime value measured in years of hygiene visits and whatever treatment follows. Which means the number that matters is not cost per click or even cost per enquiry — it is what one retained new patient costs to acquire, against what they are worth over the time they stay.

Almost no dental marketing reports that. It reports website sessions and form fills, which is why a practice can be told its marketing is working while the front desk knows the new-patient board is thin. Reviews and local visibility do most of the real work here, and both compound — which makes them easy to under-fund and expensive to neglect.

What we report instead

  • Cost per new patient

Enquiries traced through to a booked and attended first appointment, not to a form submission.

  • New patients booked

Counted from the schedule, so the number matches what the front desk sees.

  • Reputation velocity

Review volume and rating over time — the strongest single local ranking input in dentistry.

What we run for Dental

The whole stack, tuned for a practice.

Bought separately these underperform. Run together, each one makes the next cheaper.

  1. 01

    Local Search & Map Pack

Rank for “dentist near me”, “emergency dentist” and the treatments you actually want more of, in the postcodes your patients travel from. Google Business Profile built and managed, citations, and the review generation that drives local position more than anything else in this category.

  2. 02

    Google Ads

Campaigns split by intent — routine new patient, emergency, and the high-value treatments — so implant enquiries are not competing for budget with hygiene. Landing pages built for the campaign rather than pointing everything at the homepage.

  3. 03

    AI Visibility (GEO / AEO)

“Which dentist near me takes my insurance?” is now asked of AI agents, and the answer names a handful of practices. Crawler access, plus structured data covering treatments, hours, insurance and location — the details a model needs before it will name you.

  4. 04

    Website & Brand

A fast site that answers the three questions that actually block booking — cost, insurance and whether it will hurt — with online booking that works on a phone. Anxiety is the real competitor in dentistry, and the site is where it is either addressed or ignored.

  5. 05

    Capture & Convert

The enquiry that reaches a voicemail during lunch is a patient who booked elsewhere that afternoon. AI answering and trained CSRs pick up on the first ring, answer the insurance question, and book — every call transcribed and scored, so you can hear where bookings are being lost.

  6. 06

    Measurement & Growth

Spend, leads, cost per lead, cost per acquisition, revenue and return on spend — one clean scorecard every month, plus a strategy call to decide what to scale and what to cut. You always know what a customer costs and what they're worth.

Proof, not adjectives

Where our numbers come from.

Straight answer: every client figure Red Palm publishes today comes from home-service and trades businesses, and so does every testimonial film. We are not going to dress one of them up as a dental case study. The mechanics transfer — local search, reviews, call handling and honest attribution work the same way for a practice as for a plumber — but until a dental client agrees to publish their numbers, this page is making an argument rather than showing you a result. Ask us on the call and we will walk you through the real accounts.

Straight answers

The questions a practice owner actually asks.

Before you hire any marketing agency, make sure you know these answers.

What does a new patient cost to acquire?

It depends on your market's competitiveness and which treatments you are targeting, and any agency quoting you a figure before looking at your area is guessing. What we will commit to is measuring it properly: enquiries traced through to a booked and attended first appointment, reported monthly as cost per new patient rather than cost per click.

Do reviews actually affect rankings?

In local dentistry they are among the strongest inputs there is — volume, recency and rating together. This is unusual; in many industries reviews matter mostly for conversion. In dentistry they move position as well, which is why a systematic way of asking is part of the work rather than an afterthought.

Should I market treatments or the practice?

Both, in separate campaigns. Practice-level search brings the routine new patient who becomes years of hygiene revenue. Treatment-level search brings implants, ortho and cosmetic work at a much higher ticket and a much longer decision. Blended into one campaign the cheaper conversion wins the budget every time, so they are run and reported apart.

Why aren't AI agents recommending my business?

Usually one of two things. Your robots.txt is quietly blocking the AI crawlers — GPTBot, ClaudeBot and Google-Extended are blocked by default on a surprising number of sites — or your pages carry no structured data telling the model what you do, where you work and when you're open. Both are fixable, and most of your competitors haven't done it yet.

Do I own my accounts and website?

Yes. The site, the domain, the ad accounts, the Google Business Profile, the analytics — all in your name. You keep everything if you ever leave. Marketing built on a vendor's rented accounts is a hostage situation, and cleaning that up is half of what we get called in to do.

How fast will I see results?

Paid search can produce booked appointments in the first week or two. Local search moves in weeks for profile and review work, months for content and links. Anyone promising page one in thirty days is selling something. We report booked new patients and cost per new patient from month one so you see the curve.

It never misses a call. That's money back on your table.

The calls that come in after hours mostly go to voicemail — where they quietly die. Our AI CSR picks up on the first ring, every single time, qualifies the job and books it. Every call it catches is revenue that would otherwise have gone to whoever answered first.

    Reporting & ROI

    Every month, the money.

Not a dashboard you never log into. Spend, enquiries, booked new patients and cost per new patient, traced to the campaign behind each one.

Every campaign is traced from the click or the call all the way to the booked job and the revenue it produced. You see which campaigns make money and which ones we’re about to kill — before you have to ask. Once a month we sit down, walk the numbers, and decide what to spend more on and what to cut.

Put a dollar in, know exactly what comes back out.

    Check your own site

How does your site actually hold up?

One address, one test. Google loads your site on a throttled mid-range phone and reports what a real visitor gets, and at the same time we check whether AI agents are even allowed to read you. Takes about thirty seconds, and we don't keep the result.

A finished site check on screen: an overall score of 78 percent, with performance, SEO, mobile, security and conversion each scored out of 100.

Measured by Google PageSpeed Insights on a simulated mid-range phone. Where your site has enough traffic, the numbers are what real visitors actually experienced over the last 28 days; where it does not, they come from this single test run and are labelled as such. Thresholds are Google’s published Core Web Vitals bands.
