For clinics and practices
Booked and attended,
not just enquired.
Healthcare is the one category where the ad platforms restrict what an agency is allowed to do, and most of them find out the hard way. We build the search presence, reputation and booking flow that fill a clinic's schedule inside those rules — and we report booked and attended appointments, not form fills.

The problem
Three questions decide it, and your website answers none of them.
Somebody choosing a clinic is asking three things, in this order: do you take my insurance, when can I be seen, and is this someone I would trust with this. Most practice websites lead with a mission statement and bury all three. The enquiry that does arrive then reaches a voicemail during clinic hours, and by the time it is returned the patient has booked with whoever answered.
The measurement is worse than in most categories, because a booked appointment is not the same as an attended one. No-show rates in some clinics run high enough to change the entire economics, and an agency reporting form fills is reporting a number that has been through none of the filters that matter — insurance eligibility, availability, actually turning up.
And this vertical has a constraint the rest of this site does not. Health data is a restricted category on the ad platforms: the audiences, remarketing and detailed targeting that get used freely elsewhere are either forbidden or a compliance problem waiting to happen. That is not a reason to spend less, but it does mean the standard playbook is the wrong one.
What we report instead
Cost per attended appointment
Traced through eligibility and the schedule to somebody who turned up, not to a submitted form.
Appointments booked by service
Counted from the schedule, so the number matches what the front desk sees rather than what a tag fired.
Reputation velocity
Review volume, recency and rating over time — the strongest local ranking input in healthcare, and the one patients read hardest.
What we run for Clinics
The whole stack, tuned for a practice.
Bought separately these underperform. Run together, each one makes the next cheaper.
01
Local Search & Map Pack
Rank for “clinic near me”, “walk-in”, “same-day appointment” and the conditions and services you want more of, in the areas your patients travel from. Google Business Profile built and managed with hours, services, insurers and providers filled in properly, and the review programme that drives local position.
02
Compliant Paid Search
Campaigns built for a restricted category from the start: no health-inferring audiences, no remarketing lists built from condition pages, conversion tracking that does not carry diagnosis or identity into an ad platform. Slower to set up and considerably cheaper than discovering the rules after an account suspension.
03
The Three Questions, Answered
Insurers accepted, listed by name and kept current. Real availability, shown rather than promised. Providers with photographs, credentials and a sentence in their own voice. Nothing here is clever — it is the information the decision is actually made on, and most sites in this category do not carry it.
04
AI Visibility (GEO / AEO)
“Which clinic near me takes my insurance and has an appointment this week?” is a question people now ask an assistant, and the answer names two or three. Crawler access, plus structured data covering services, providers, insurers, languages spoken and hours — the detail a model needs before it will name you.
05
Capture & Convert
The call that reaches a voicemail at lunchtime is a patient who booked elsewhere that afternoon. AI answering and trained front-desk handling pick up on the first ring, answer the insurance question, and book — with reminders that bring the no-show rate down, because an appointment nobody attends cost you the same to acquire.
06
Measurement & Growth
Spend, leads, cost per lead, cost per acquisition, revenue and return on spend — one clean scorecard every month, plus a strategy call to decide what to scale and what to cut. You always know what a customer costs and what they're worth.
Proof, not adjectives
Where our numbers come from.
Straight answer about the figures Red Palm publishes: $330 → $51 per PPC lead, three trucks to nine inside a year, six consecutive years of doubling. Those were earned in home-service accounts, and we are not going to restate them as clinic results. What carries across is the machinery — local search, reviews, call handling and attribution that stops at a booked job rather than at a form — and the discipline of reporting the number after the filters instead of before them. What does not carry across is the ad-platform playbook, which is why the compliance pillar above exists. Ask on the call and we will open the real accounts on screen.
Straight answers
The questions a practice manager actually asks.
Before you hire any marketing agency, make sure you know these answers.
Are we even allowed to advertise this?
- Yes, within rules that are stricter than most categories and are enforced by account suspension rather than by warning. Health is a restricted category: you cannot build audiences that infer a condition, remarketing off condition pages is out, and conversion data must not carry identity or diagnosis into an ad platform. The campaigns are designed around that from the first day rather than retrofitted after something is disabled.
Can you connect marketing to our patient system?
- We connect to the point where a booking exists, and no further — enough to report attended appointments and cost per attended appointment, without patient data leaving your systems or entering an ad platform. Where a direct integration is not appropriate, the schedule is reconciled at the aggregate level instead. The reporting is the same either way; what changes is how the number gets there.
How do we reduce no-shows?
- It is a marketing problem as much as an admin one, because an appointment nobody attends cost exactly as much to acquire as one that happened. Reminders across text and email, easy rescheduling rather than a cancellation dead end, and honest availability at the point of booking so nobody is holding a slot three weeks out they were never going to keep.
Why aren't AI agents recommending my business?
- Usually one of two things. Your robots.txt is quietly blocking the AI crawlers — GPTBot, ClaudeBot and Google-Extended are blocked by default on a surprising number of sites — or your pages carry no structured data telling the model what you do, where you work and when you're open. Both are fixable, and most of your competitors haven't done it yet.
Do I own my accounts and website?
- Yes. The site, the domain, the ad accounts, the Google Business Profile, the analytics — all in your name. You keep everything if you ever leave. Marketing built on a vendor's rented accounts is a hostage situation, and cleaning that up is half of what we get called in to do.
How fast will I see results?
- Profile, availability and review work can move local position and bookings within weeks. Paid search is faster than that but takes longer to set up here than elsewhere, because the compliant version is not the default configuration. Content and links compound over months. We report booked and attended appointments from month one so the curve is visible rather than described.

It never misses a call. That's money back on your table.
The calls that come in after hours mostly go to voicemail — where they quietly die. Our AI CSR picks up on the first ring, every single time, qualifies the job and books it. Every call it catches is revenue that would otherwise have gone to whoever answered first.

Reporting & ROI
Every month, the money.
Not a dashboard you never log into. Spend, enquiries, appointments booked, appointments attended and cost per attended appointment, traced to the campaign behind each one.
Every campaign is traced from the click or the call all the way to the booked job and the revenue it produced. You see which campaigns make money and which ones we’re about to kill — before you have to ask. Once a month we sit down, walk the numbers, and decide what to spend more on and what to cut.
Put a dollar in, know exactly what comes back out.

How does your site actually hold up?
One address, one test. Google loads your site on a throttled mid-range phone and reports what a real visitor gets, and at the same time we check whether AI agents are even allowed to read you. Takes up to a minute or two, and we don't keep the result.

Measured by Google PageSpeed Insights on a simulated mid-range phone. Where your site has enough traffic, the numbers are what real visitors actually experienced over the last 28 days; where it does not, they come from this single test run and are labelled as such. Thresholds are Google’s published Core Web Vitals bands. The agentic browsing score is Google’s too — a Lighthouse category they describe as still under development, measuring whether an AI agent can operate the page.
